I offer multiple coaching options at multiple price points, in an effort to provide an option for anyone who is interested. From a private membership community to intensive one-on-one coaching, there’s something here for everyone.
One on One Coaching Programs – $199-$379 per month
I run my one on one programs using a really cool journaling system that lets us communicate online every day. Some of my programs are open ended and allow you and I to set the agenda together (these programs include weekly live meetings, either via Skype or another form of live discussion of your choice), others are pre-programmed and have daily assignments and journaling prompts. My programs integrate fitness, nutrition, sleep, self-talk, critical thinking skills and other aspects of physical and emotional health. In journal-based coaching, most of the coach-client communication happens in the form of the client’s online journal, which is shared with the coach for objective perspective, guidance and support. The Habit Project – $147 per month
I run two successful, long-running collaborative coaching programs with my coaching partner Sean Flanagan. In the Habit Project™, we lead our groups in the process of systematically establishing and cementing new health-promoting habits, focusing on fitness, nutrition and sleep. In Taking Up Space: a Habit Project™ Production, we systematically identify the thought processes holding us back from our goals, and establish new ways of thinking, communicating and approaching our goals that will maximize our ability to meet and conquer cultural and self-imposed barriers to success.
